Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement ethnopedagogic-based learning that integrates local wisdom to support Deep Learning in elementary schools. The activity was carried out at SD Negeri Cicurug 2 by involving 21 students through seven stages, namely orientation and perception, exploration of local wisdom, understanding, applying, reflecting, evaluation, and follow-up. Data were obtained through observation of student activities as well as pretest and posttest, then analyzed descriptively and using N-Gain. The results of the activity showed excellent student involvement at the orientation and perception stages (88.4%), exploration of local wisdom (91.4%), understanding (89.5%), applying (84.5%), and reflecting (87%). Learning outcomes also increased, as shown by the average pretest score of 63.57 to 91.43 in the posttest with an average N-Gain of 0.76 in the high category. These results show that ethnopedagogic learning based on local wisdom can create contextual, active, meaningful, and reflective learning experiences and support the strengthening of students' understanding, collaboration, creativity, and cultural awareness
